If you are a new client, you can make a reservation by filling out our online inquiry form on our website. We will review your information and get back to you within 24-48 hours. Current clients can call or text for an appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until reviewed and accepted by the service provider. If you have an urgent service need, please call us at 518-937-5275.
We are conveniently located approximately five minutes from Albany International Airport, and near exit 2W of I87 in Colonie, NY.
We primarily operate within 6 miles of our business address, however we may travel further for an additional mileage fee.
All pets must be vaccinated according to NYS law and must show proof before booking. Dogs in boarding and daycare must be up to date on Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper and Parvo and on a flea and tick regimen. All dogs must be in good general health.
For boarding and daycare- Please bring your dog's food and medications. Prescription medication must be sent in its original bottle. We provide bedding, crates, toys and bowls. Dogs must be leashed up arrival and departure.
For boarding- we provide one daily status update via text message that includes at least one picture and a brief summary of your dog(s) day.
For daycare- we provide at least one picture of your dog(s) via text message during their day.
For walks/drop-ins- we provide a check in text message upon arrival and a brief summary of the visit and at least one picture your pet at the conclusion of the visit.
We primarily communicate via text message regarding your pet's care. We will only call if it's time sensitive or an emergency. You are welcome to call or text us anytime regarding your pet's care.
Bookings may be altered by the pet care provider without notice for the safety of your pet or staff. In cases of extreme heat, cold, thunder or lightning- outside activities may be moved inside.
